President and CEO
David Stirling co-founded Health Vue and serves as our President and CEO of Market Vue Partners. He is a 25+ year veteran of the database marketing and CRM field.
Since the late 1970s, he has been at the forefront of many of the industry’s innovations in database design, data mining and product introductions for market leaders in financial services, retail and health. In 1985, he co-founded Sigma Marketing Group with Dennis Alongi. Sigma quickly became a leading database marketing agency for the financial industry and remains an industry leader today across several markets. David co-founded Market Vue Partners in 2004, a boutique consumer analytics & data firm that has built analytical engines and visualizations for large agency networks, major retailers and data providers. His broad range of client experience have included Acxiom Health, ADP, Bank of America, Bank One, Chase, Household, Kodak, Morgan Stanley, PaineWebber, Procter and Gamble Health Care, EHR2.0, Sears, Xerox, and, Unilever and WPP.
Outside of work, David, a London, UK native, enjoys following the trials and tribulations of his favorite sports teams – West Ham United, England and the Buffalo Bills – all of whom continue to dream of returning to their glory days.
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Market Vue Partners, Russ has well over 25 years experience in the retail industry. He has headed credit and market operations for Gucci and Litmann Jewelers and has spent much of his career building and managing retail marketing programs for over 50 different retailers. His clients have included fashion leaders, such as Bruno Magli, Donna Karan, Eileen Fisher, Gucci and Montblanc.
Manager – Modeling & Customer Segmentation
Chris is our Manager of Modeling and Customer Segmentation. Using analytical tools including R, SAS and Alteryx, Chris develops the sophisticated customer segmentation and models that drive valuable insights for our clients. He graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Russian Language & Literature and traveled to St. Petersburg State University to earn his M.A. in World Economics.
Director, Marketing & Digital Strategy
Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy, Janet brings 20+ years in B2C and B2B marketing experience in the retail, shopping center, media and medical education fields. Her experience includes traditional offline marketing skills and she brings digital experience from strategy to execution in e-mail marketing and social media. She is a national author and trainer in social media and HIPAA compliance and the host of the Get Social Health podcast. Her experience include serving as a Marketing Director for Comcast, CBL & Associates Properties Inc., JMB Property Management, Escalade Sports, Woodplay and MediMax Communications. In addition to her active work conducting social media workshops for nonprofits, Janet is a frequent speaker at Ignite Raleigh and a member of a local Dragon Boat racing team.
Manager – Data Visualization & Analytics
Manager – Data Visualization & Analytics at Market Vue Partners, Andrew has 10 years experience in database marketing, customer analytics and dashboard development. He is the Product Manager of Market Vue’s Retail Insights and Retailer Genius data visualization platforms. Andrew has worked with data from dozens of clients in a wide variety of verticals including fashion retailers, jewelers, franchise clients, utilities, healthcare and travel.
Jan Davis is a retired CEO and active board member and adviser of companies in software, analytics, direct and interactive marketing, and technology-enabled services. She provides strategic and marketing expertise, corporate oversight, CEO coaching and introductions to potential partners, customers, suppliers and investors. She presently serves on the Board of Directors of GSP Marketing Technologies and ShowingTime.com, and on the Boards of Advisors for multiple start-up companies in North Carolina and Illinois, including BiddRocket, Megalytics, Spring Metrics, Market Vue Partners, and Three Ships Media. She is an investor in Triangle Angel Partners and was recently elected President of its Executive Committee.
Davis brings more than 25 years of business leadership to the boards on which she serves. Her most recent operational role was as President and CEO of ShopperTrak, where she led the company to profitability. Before joining ShopperTrak, she spent more than 15 years in direct and interactive marketing, including eight years with TransUnion, the international credit reporting giant, where she was an Executive Vice President and Business Unit President. Davis holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
